1. Getting Started

We are an Atlanta, Georgia based company. We build mainly in the States, but our team and partners love to travel and work all around the world!

All of our treehouses or suspended structures are customized to accommodate your design specifications, and we will do everything possible to bring your vision to life. The first step in becoming the owner of your very own treehouse or suspended structure is making sure you have appropriate space and existing trees that can support our structure. Selecting the right tree(s) will depend on the location, condition, and overall health of the tree(s), as well as the tree’s proximity to other structures. However, if you do not have any trees, we can build the structure on posts. All of our structures are constructed with the use of natural materials and are eco-friendly with respect to the local environment and tree population. We offer an original design for each project we undertake, specifically based on the layout of your trees.

The first priority of Treehouse Experts is your safety. Before starting a project, we determine whether the trees can welcome your tree house by inspecting whether the trees are strong and in good health.

Our second priority is to respect the trees. The trees are part of the tree house, so we want to minimize the impact of the tree house on the trees. That’s why we use tree house attachments bolts.

The essential questions to ask yourself before starting a project of construction of suspended structures:

Step 1: What is most important to you:

• Who will use the structure?

• What is the utility of the structure?

Step 2: What do you want the structure to look like; what is its approximate size?

• For this part, our brochure is very inspiring to help you select your standard or custom-made structure at an affordable price or for you to bring additional ideas for more complex projects.

Step 3: Stay in your budget

• How much do you want to spend? Our custom structures start at around $5,500 for the suspended platforms, for example.

2. Site Visit

Ideally, we prefer to do an on-site consultation to see the trees and the area and to discuss your project in person.

Our one time site visit and design fee starts at $450 if located in the metro Atlanta area. In any case, before any site visit, we will send you a pre-estimate by phone or email to be sure we stay within your budget.

If you do not want to pay for a site visit, and once you have decided on the ideal tree(s), we can send you an estimate of the project, but you will need to choose the right tree(s) . We will invite you to take a few pictures, making sure to capture the distance between tree(s) and nearby structures.

4. Let’s Build!

After agreeing on a suitable design, we will then finalize the design and budget for approval and draft your contract.
